Do I need a model patient?
No — we provide live patients on the day. You scan, you learn, no admin from your side.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel up to 14 days before for a full refund. Cancellations after that are non-refundable but transferable to another date.
How do I pay?
After booking, you'll receive an invoice from Scan2Smiles via Xero with bank transfer details. Your slot is confirmed once payment is received (typically within 1 working day).
